I am currently injured. Can I still participate?
Absolutely. If you can walk we can get started. These sessions are very low impact and are completely personalised to your situation. We find this program works extremely well when done alongside physio/ osteo treatment for an injury because the practitioner fixes the injury and we fix the cause of the injury (inefficient movement).
Where do you conduct sessions?
As we don't need much space at all, I conduct most sessions at public parks or in Crossfit Gyms. I am based in the Prahran area but am flexible as to where we meet. Register below and I will contact you to discuss the best location convenient to you.
I have two legs, I can run. Why should I sign up for this course?
Yes, running is a very inherent skill but as we grow, get pushed into shoes, spend too long sitting down and generally beat our bodies up our running efficiency changes- and it's not for the better. Bad movement patterns appear even in fit and healthy individuals and at Enfer Running we tweak those movements to ensure you are running with minimal impact on muscles and joints.
